The Parish Council planted a rowan tree on 24th November next to a new oak bench overlooking the pond at Walk Meadow. This was in recognition of over 30 years service given by Steve Munford to the parish of Boughton Monchelsea. Steve has worked so hard on many improvements around the parish, including Walk Meadow and the tree will add joy with its beautiful red berries and bee friendly blossom in the spring.
